Oregon Absentee Form

If you are going to be absent to your shift:
1. Offer up your shift in Deputy
2. Notify your Project Lead and/or the Operations Team by sending a Deputy News Feed
3. Fill out the “Absentee Form” and submit it by 10am

If you have any questions please contact the office by calling or texting.

To offer up your shift:
1. In the Deputy app navigate to the home tab
2. Select “Upcoming Shifts”
3. Select the shift you can't work
4. Click the “cant work" button and send to all employees

GreenForce Employees are eligible to accrue Sick Time once hired, however will not be able to access that time until after 90 days from their start date.

To file a usage for Sick Time, please be sure its an eligible use and please submit the request using the form below.

As a GreenForce employee you have the opportunity to receive a performance review after 90 days of employment, and then again on your year anniversary. We base these reviews on attendance, punctuality, and our company Values.
