There are two ways that GreenForce can help an individual find work in the cannabis industry. The first is Flex Staffing. You are a GreenForce employee and you would apply through our job portal. As an employee of GreenForce we would give you working shifts with one of our partners. Our best employees tend to get hired by our clients onto more permanent positions or they move up in our company! The second is Permanent Placement. GreenForce's partners sometimes have very specific hiring needs, in this case GreenForce acts as a recruiter. This includes, jobs such as Director of Sales, CPA, Budtender, Extraction Tech, etc. GreenForce recruits candidates and then submits the best ones to our clients. All of our flex staffing employees are considered for these openings if they have the relevant skills. Job seekers may also email their resume to our Recruiting Manager to add to our database. The Recruitment Manager will reach out if there are any current or future job openings that would be a fit.

All employees in the Recreational Cannabis Industry need to be at least 21 years old or older. There is no upper age limit, GreenForce employs people from 21-70 years in age.

GreenForce's Headquarters is located in Portland, OR, and we also have an office in Scottsdale, AZ. You may apply from out of state to get the hiring process started, however, we typically will only hire applicants that live in state at this time. We would consider applicants from out of state depending on the role.
